The researcher used very clear and nice research questions and hypothesis that enabled get the information that gives out great characteristics that one can not easily identify in a principle-centered leader. The research questions one can get from the article include: how do principle-centered leaders get their education?, how do they develop their abilities?, which principles do they use?, what attitude do they have?, how do they behave to negative behaviors?, what believe do they have?, what articles do they read?, and lastly what interests do they have? However there are more research questions used to mention but just a few. The researcher used various hypothesis that include: principle-centered people develop new skills and new interests, they are cheerful, pleasant and happy and lastly they believe in the unseen potential of all people to mention but just a few.

The research done on the principle-centered leaders is important for the development of good leadership in the society. Most leaders dont seem to have the characteristics to develop themselves further, however the principle-centered leaders display better characteristics that can be emulated by other leaders to promote better leadership in the society. It is better that we have leaders who are able tto expand their abilities further to enable the society move ahead. Therefore from the study on the principle-centered leaders other leaders can adopt the characteristics that are easy for them to adopt therefore promoting better leadership in the society.

The researcher conducted a behavioral research as he tried to monitor the characteristics of the principle-centered leaders thereby he was interested in their qualities hence giving the characteristics and the qualities.

The researcher seemed to have used his own ideas and observation of the leaders to draw conclusions regarding the behavior of the leaders. He solely described the behavior of the leaders by selecting a sample size of his choice which he used in assessing the qualities in leaders and then with his own ideas of principled-centered leaders he gave out personal differences he might have discovered in the two leaders and then based his research on the principle-centered leaders therefore giving their characteristics (Sipe, 2015).

However the research is clear and gives relevant characteristics of the leaders, the method he used is not reliable as he can base the characteristics on his own personal view depending on how he personally feels the leaders are behaving. As well one can question the validity of the characteristics as a person can feel that some other characteristics are inbuild and not learnt as the researcher states.

The researcher gave have very precise major findings from his research and this include, principle-centered leaders are continually learning, they are service-oriented, they radiate positive energy, they believe in people, they lead balanced lives, they see life as a sense of adventure, and they are synergistic. These are major findings that the researcher felt anyone trying to research on the same issue is likely to find out.

The research can be improved better by further having a greater comparison of views from people who closely work with the principle-centered leaders as these people can give adequate information regarding the behavior of principle-centered leaders, hence this can help draw better and greater conclusions regarding the characteristics.
