A skillful workforce can be the determinants on whether an organization will remain profitable while other decline. This calls for aligning the sustainability strategy with the vision and mission of the company. This involves asking every stakeholder to engage in activities that promote sustainability.

A certain amount should be put aside to cater for environmental concern at every financial year to avoid encroaching on the company funds to do impromptu projects.
