The project is driven by the objectives that would enable IT-based solutions to get driven by the intent of the business (Lee, 2005).

The key functionality of this model is based on the fact that organizational structures are linked in meaningful ways so that one layer of the model can replicate onto the other and still produce the desired outcome.
