Becoming a Reflective Practitioner is a reading that gives a new perspective of practice by integrating it with reflection. It explores and shows how one can use different models of reflections as he or she pursues his/her line of practice. The author was keen enough to address the different challenges that practitioners face in their day to day life including questioning their practice. Erwin gives a pathway to how friendships develop and start changing as children grow older, as well as the specific roles that different stages of friendships play in the development of an adolescent. Some compelling themes that come up include the effects of misunderstandings, among individuals, on friendships, and how one can assess the quality of friendship during adolescence stages.
