(A) Ethics is a quality that every competent leader needs to have to have a good grasp of the people that he/she is leading. The quality leads the individual to evaluate on what is right and wrong and then act on the right one accordingly. This work deals with the effective strategies for nursing leadership from an ethic-of-care perspective. It further relates an approach to the current advanced nursing practice experience. Ethics in nursing leadership is imperative.
According to ("10 Best Practices for Addressing Ethical Issues and Moral Distress", 2016), ethical issues are increasing in todays health care setting as there is pressure to do more with less. It reaches a point when the caregivers and clinicians get distressed with whatever they are doing because they are not meeting the goals set. This called for the issue to be investigated further and the following are some of the strategies that from an ethic-of-care perspective were considered useful in dealing with ethic of care:
1. The first strategy is that the nursing code of ethics needs to be supported. By this, the health facilities should incorporate behavior that is consistent with the code of ethics by including them in the job descriptions.
2. The second strategy is that the health facilities to provide ongoing education about ethics. This is because the element needs to be learned like any other discipline ("10 Best Practices for Addressing Ethical Issues and Moral Distress", 2016) New employees need to be oriented to adapt to the ethical standards of the institution. This will give them tools for decision making as they can face moral dilemmas during their clinical practice.
3. The third strategy is to create an environment that allows all the personnel to speak up their mind regarding some situations. This assists them to address the vital issues that they encounter during their practice ("10 Best Practices for Addressing Ethical Issues and Moral Distress", 2016)
4. The fourth strategy is making available ethics experts who can be freely and confidentially talked to by the nurses because they assist them to look into issues from a different perspective.
From the above strategies, we can take Provision of ongoing education about ethics and see how it is related to the current advanced nursing practice experience. From what has been established that ethics like any other discipline need to be learned by nurses, it is, therefore, imperative to provide continuous education for it. The relationship between the education about ethics and the current advanced nursing practice experience is that the education will keep the nurses at par with the ethical requirements of their positions in the workplace (In Chism, L. A. 2016). . This will make them ever to be conscious of the what they are required to do all the time.
Another relationship between the ethics education and the current advanced nursing practice experience is that it will update the nurses with new approaches to dealing with the emerging issues in the field of nursing (In Chism, L. A. 2016 ). This is because the situation at the healthcare facilities is also dynamic and may require frequent updates of the ways of dealing with them.
Conclusion
The above discussion has dealt with the appraising of effective strategies for nursing leadership from an ethic-of-care perspective where four perspectives have been discussed. The relationship between provision of ongoing education and the current advanced nursing practice experience has also been discussed. This has brought the discussion into conclusion that ethics in nursing leadership is a factor that needs to be considered in the practice.

(B) An Ethic of Care and the DNP-Prepared Nursing Leader
Doctor Nurse Practice (DNP) according to "NewsCAP", (2015) is a terminal degree profession in nursing practice. It is also an alternative doctoral degree. Its curriculum builds on traditional masters and provides evidence-based practice education, system leadership and quality improvement. This work deals with effective strategies for DNP-prepared nursing role development from an ethic-of-care perspective. It also gives light on how one could one alter the nursing practice as a result of completing an DNP program to improve the ethics of acute care practice.
The following according to (Silva and Ludwick, 2006) are some of the effective strategies for DNP-prepared nursing role development from an ethic-of-care perspective:
1. The first strategy is being respectful to one another. This is a strategy that needs to be reciprocated in the normal condition but at some extreme point; it becomes hard especially from other people who do not value the respect. For a DNP-prepared nursing, it a requirement for the individuals to practice the respect both in the work environment and outside so that to maintain the good image of the profession (Silva and Ludwick, 2006).
2. Do No Harm this is a strategy that requires the individuals to be harmless as well as protecting persons from harm by providing alternative ways of dealing with harmful situation. The nursing leader while practicing this, they promote life to the people they are serving as well as their colleagues
3. Justice as Fairness. This strategy is giving the every person what they deserve or are owed. In this case the DNP-prepared nursing practice role is to strive and see to it that who ever they interact with are treated fairly in line with the acceptable standard.
Completing a DNP program can lead to an individual pursuing further courses related to the field as DNP builds on the curriculum of master program as a result of providing evidence-based practice and system leadership among others, ("NewsCAP", 2015). In this case a person enrolled to do NDP upon completion can divert to another course in line with nursing practice and still improve the ethics of acute care practice.
