At the ABC Company, it is always convenient for you and your team to escape the daily work routine and engage in one-day competition. ABC Company is an organization founded in 2000. The ABC team has been at the forefront of the production of the counties healthy cereals. Currently, the organization has more than 20 employees. Our cereals have since been accepted as both health and sports benefits. Sport is healthy, and so ABC organization understands the benefits that this particular day will bring to the participants. The participants will have time for each other. At least once in a while. Just by being in a different environment there are chances our team will be able to start noticing some of the few changes and developed some uncovered potentials in them. As such, this is such a motivational and pleasure day top our esteem team.

Unlike the previous days that the firm has concentrated ion athletics, member this time have unanimously agreed to participation beach volleyball game. In light of this, the existing groups and teams are arranged as per the departments in the organization. ABC has the followings departments: Accounting and Finance, Human Resource, Sales and Marketing and the front office. We are arranging to come up with two teams. As such, human resource a sale department will combine leaving an accounting and front office as another team. There are about 20 participants who are likely to take a chance in this game.

The days itinerary

8:30-9:00: Members will be welcomed with tea/ coffee that is available in the sports cafe. Members arriving with children will also be slotted some special place where the children can play as well.

9.00-11:00: Music and children games. Also, it is expected that most of the employees and the participants would be coming with their families. However, the number has been restricted to children since their games have been slotted for the budget. Some of the games that have been putting store for the children include, dance, singing, and talent expression shows.

11.00-11.30: gathering of children and v visitors

11.30-12.00- lunch break

Afternoon session with volleyball tournaments

12.30-14.00 beach volleyball round one

14.000-14.30 coffee break

14.30-15.30 - volleyball tournaments round two

15.30-18.00 -Price giving ceremony accompanied with the BBQ and drinks.

The game officiating will be done by certified instructors and referees that will be hired data fee. The venue that can accommodate a large group of people. As such, it is expected that there will be external spectators who are considered to be volleyball lovers. Each of the programmed has been designed according to the needs and wishes of the specific groups in the organizations.

The management has decided to combine the sports with the team building as the way of doing something completely different with our competitors. This way, the participants will have a chance of knowing each other and also learn along quite better. Also, it is also good for the health and good productivity of the organization.
