Cardiovascular disease is a heart condition in a person where the blood vessels that deliver blood to the heart are narrowed or blocked (Kinetics 5). This condition extends to more complications like heart attacks, stroke, and chest pains. Cardiovascular disease also relates to conditions where the heart's muscle, valves, and the heartbeat do not function well (Kinetics 8). According to research, psychological distress, anxiety and also depression are the major issues that trigger cardiovascular disease.

A Medical procedure was performed on a patient with a cardiovascular disease where the coronary artery had a Stenosis condition that was greater than 51 percent. Methods that were used

This was mainly based on the facts that it had standards and was able to reproduce and be to also be valid. This practice helped to relax the mind and body thus increasing a neural performance and also enhance a relaxed psychological state.

Results

The use of the TM method in secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease has hugely helped in reducing risk factors associated with the cardiovascular disease. The patients results from the clinical events have also shown the TM method greatly helped to reduce the blood pressure and also cognitive depression on the patient. In relation to this, the patients results showed that the TM method would hugely help in the reduction of mortality and stroke in people with cardiovascular disease which proofs that the TM method is an effective medical technique which can help in the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
