Human resource is a very important part of the organization. It is therefore important for this business to recruit employees to fill different job positions. In this case there is need for managers, a chef, 2cooks, 1 kitchen service staffs, 2 waiters, 1 cleaner and 1 cashier. These personnel should be recruited according to their qualification and experience so that they can meet the human resource expectation of this business.

Managers

The restaurant manager will be in charge of managing all the affairs of business. He must have the required restaurant management skills so that the business may not experience any management difficulties.

Chef

This is also very important personnel in this restaurant. He must have also done restaurant management and ensure that he has all the necessary skills and proficiency to ensure that customers get quality food and drinks at the right time.

Cooks

Two cooks will be enough for this business. They will be in charge of the kitchen so that there will be constant supply of food to customers. They will also be paid well so that they develop high motivation to increase job morale.

Kitchen service staff

This is a very important staff in the kitchen who will be in charge of serving the meals and drinks to customers. She will be a clean man and must have obtained food handling certificate from ministry of health.

Waiters

We will also have two waiters to provide quality service to customers. They must have good qualification and experience of not less than three years in the same capacity.

Cashier

This restaurant must also have a cashier to receive all the payments from customers. The cashier must have accounting knowledge so that he can even prepare books of accounts for this business.
